Mixer(Large)

Mixer(Medium)
This equipment is used when mixing washed aggregate and sealant for bridge elastic joint. This aggregate mixer has single phase 3HP 220V electric motor attached, so 10HP generator is required. Also when too much aggregate is poured, mixing will be difficult, and mixer can be damaged. About 100kg of aggregate should be put in.
Heatransor
Heatransor clean up the dust and damp air created after cutting from fans to increase the cohesiveness of sealant. Heatransor clean up the dust and heat up the road at the same time to reduce the cost of workers, and only by passing it to the surface of the road, it will increase the cohesiveness of sealant. Use it in the rainy season with the other heating equipments like LPG or oxygen torch to remove the damp air completely. Heatransor is connected to air compressor to use, and air compressor should have capacity of 2.5~4.5㎥/min (30~50HP).
